root beer float
haven't blogged for a little long while, since i left disneyland... so yep
we drove through this really cute town and all the buildings were built dutch style and it was so adorable and the danish pastries were yum and very huge. :D yep and there was a parade of people dressed in native dutch costumes singing Christmas carols, like proper ones with no santa claus and all that nonsense, and it was really sweet.
um, after that we went to gilroy - which is real close to sanfrancisco and had these awesome factory outlets for like quiksilver and roxy and it's way cheaper than at the real store so i got my hoodie! its realy nice and warm and cream coloured and fuzzy inside and i cant think of where i'm going to wear it in singapore.
well that was that day, then we went to san fran the next day and that was realy nice coz we went to the the golden gate bridge and took lots and lots of photos which all turned out really really well and sf is such a funky place to live! it's seems waaaay better than los angeles city of angels my foot.
but unfortunately we didnt get out so i couldnt find any hedgehogs! or even pocupines that look like hedgehogs so that was really sad and miffedy.
had a realy awesome lunch at fiserman's wharf and the sky was such a gorgeous blue and the salmon was yum too. and we saw the alkatraz prison all alone on it's island surrounded be freezing water which is a pretty good idea and so far no one has escaped from there except one but they never found his body.. yea..
well that was sunday..
yesterday we went to vegas baby! that was pretty funky too the lights were totally cool! bright and shiny ya ;) before that we got stuck in a really bad traffic jam out on the freeway so we listened to one episode of greys and watched one so i got my mcdreamy fix and that was good :) breathe by anna nalick and edge of the ocean by ivy are officially my two fav songs from the greys soundtrack :)
once again, i love greys and everyone should watch it when they can. hearts to mcdreamy!
and today we went to the hoover dam and it was absolutely freeeezing! the temperature was close to 0 degrees and even my awesomely warm roxy hoodie wasnt enough.
but then we drove more and more and the sun came out and it was beautiful up in the mountains then it started snowing. yea. SNOWING!! and that was so gorgeous and beautiful and totally breath taking. unbelievable. totally. like wOW. so we got out and stomped around in the snow at -5 degrees and nearly got my hands frozen to the camera but it was all worth it coz it was so beautiful.
makes you wonder how the big bang theory could ever exist because bits of stuff slamming together jsut cannot make such beautiful things.
but the grand canyon was also totaly wonderful! it's undescribly beautiful. awesome. absolutely awesome. it was even more picturesque than anything else i've even seen. simply gorgeous.
i loved today. and root beer floats made it all that much better too :D
