the day after
k the dinner's over. better write about it before i forget it completely.
let's see..
the doorgift was nice - pretty photo frames. the food was a little :$ lots of weird thingys like pork sinew?? like what on earth. and eating fried chicken with chopsticks. seriously? i didnt even get to enjoy that.. i asked for a fork and spoon after. icecream for dessert would've been nicer. anyway, the food wasn't that special. how can you have seabass that's live but steamed?
umm, i'm finding it easier to talk about things that werent' that good.
the miss cambridge people were pretty okay.. some girls looked like complete skanks, like all you need is the bunny ears and fluffy tail kind of skank. ugh. vicky playing the piano was really really really awesome though, especially coz she composed it herself.
but overall the dresses were really pretty and flowy and i didn't see anyone trip up though i wanted to very much coz jo's heels were too big for me and the straps were too loose. HOWEVER she told me this morning that they could be adjusted. Duh. feeling rather sheepish after that.

umm.. finished the front of jeli's Christmas card today.. hope i didn't muck it up coz i've never done a one of those before.
AND i watched the lotr rotk yay! *viggo*
