the new year
well then, i just realised i haven't blogged this year so this is going to be the first post. yay
so, right, quick update: watchnight service was very very awesome in a yes i mean awesome as awesome sort of way, joined a cell, been to a cluster meeting, aaaand. umm. oh yea, started school.
funny how the first thing that came to mind wasn't school. yeah, so orientation was yell-y and scream-y and noisy and bonding-y and everything orientations should be so yeah. umm nothing much more to say about it? but the people there are pretty funky and i'm not just saying it because i know they're going to read it ;) yay for og 23! there now i've said it
tomorrow's the end of the first week of school - the lectures have been quite fun, except for econs which is a little um, -- . yeah but i s'pose i just have to get used to it. my subject combination is so popular that they've made an abbreviation of it (as they do, being singaporeans and all) so physics, chem, maths, econs has become pcme. yup. nuff said.
ummm, maths is the best one so far coz i feel right at home, even though i've been going to the lit lectures coz it's like taking a cold shower after swimming in a warm pool - very refreshing. the main reason why i'm not doing lit is coz they're doing great expectations for h1. (does a hannah and *faints*) so no way am i going to even attempt to do it.
doing devotions with the purpose driven life, got a new Bible that's sooo pretty and wonderful (tecman's having 40% sale) and some other awesome books.
man i miss pl tons, going to visit tomorrow and on sat coz of the cca fair. yay! aaand plus i get to see jeli :)
